Distinguished scholars from Japan, Thailand, Turkey, and Taiwan will share the latest research and applications in the fields of food and nutrition, including transdisciplinary food science, sustainable food environments, nutritional supplementation for patients with kidney disease, strategies for reducing food waste, nanoplastics tracking, and academia–industry collaboration.
