The formal TOCFL test (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language) will be administered on January 10 - 11, 2026.

Non-native speakers of Chinese are welcomed to participate in the test. The test seats are limited, don’t miss the chance!

In the meantime, TMU offers resources for learning Mandarin and preparing for the TOCFL test, including:

【Incentives for TOCFL Participants】
AY 114-1 application: until December 12, 2025
AY 114-2 application: January 5 - June 21, 2026 (applicable to tests taken after August 2025)
Students may apply for full subsidy of the registration fee, and receive a bonus based on the level they achieve on the test.
